Zapier Integration

Connect Leezy to 6,000+ apps with Zapier. Automatically send leads to your CRM, create support tickets in your helpdesk, or add meetings to your calendar.

Requirements

Paid Plan Required

Zapier integration requires a Starter plan or higher. Upgrade your plan to enable integrations.

Connect Leezy to Zapier

Step 1: Create a Zap

  1. Log in to Zapier
  2. Click Create Zap
  3. Search for Leezy in the app selector
  4. Select Leezy as your trigger app

Step 2: Authenticate

  1. Click Sign in to Leezy
  2. Enter your Leezy email and password
  3. Authorize Zapier to access your Leezy account
  4. Select your organization (if you have multiple)

Step 3: Configure Your Trigger

Select a trigger event and configure options:

  1. Choose an event (e.g., "New Lead")
  2. Select a chatbot (optional - filter to specific chatbot)
  3. Test the trigger to pull sample data
  4. Continue to set up your action

New Lead

Fires whenever your chatbot captures a new lead through the qualification process.

Output fields:

  • Lead ID, Contact name, Email, Phone, Company
  • Qualification score, Qualified status, Recommendation
  • Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline (BANT)
  • Key pain points, Conversation summary
  • Chatbot ID, Created timestamp

Lead Qualified

Fires when a lead's qualification score passes your threshold.

Output fields:

  • Lead ID, Contact information
  • New score, Previous score
  • Qualification details

New Ticket

Fires when your chatbot creates a support ticket during a conversation.

Output fields:

  • Ticket ID, Title, Description
  • Category, Priority, Status
  • Customer name, Customer email
  • Chatbot ID, Created timestamp

Meeting Scheduled

Fires when a visitor schedules a meeting through your chatbot.

Output fields:

  • Meeting ID, Title, Description
  • Start time, End time, Timezone
  • Attendee name, Attendee email, Attendee phone
  • Meeting URL, Meeting provider
  • Chatbot ID, Created timestamp

Filtering Triggers

Filter by Chatbot

In the trigger configuration, select a specific chatbot to only receive events from that chatbot. Leave empty to receive events from all chatbots.

Using Zapier Filters

Add filter steps to your Zap:

Example: Only high-score leads

Filter: Only continue if...
Field: qualification.score
Condition: Greater than
Value: 75

Example: Only urgent tickets

Filter: Only continue if...
Field: priority
Condition: Exactly matches
Value: urgent

Troubleshooting

"Connection Failed" Error

  1. Ensure you're on a Starter plan or higher
  2. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Leezy account
  3. Check that you've authorized all requested permissions

No Data in Test

  1. Verify you have data in Leezy (leads, tickets, etc.)
  2. Check the chatbot filter - if set, ensure that chatbot has data
  3. Try creating a test lead/ticket in Leezy first

Zap Not Triggering

  1. Check your Zap is turned ON
  2. Verify the trigger configuration is correct
  3. Check Zapier's Task History for errors
  4. Ensure the event type matches your trigger

Wrong Chatbot Data

If you're receiving data from the wrong chatbot:

  1. Edit your Zap's trigger step
  2. Select the correct chatbot from the dropdown
  3. Re-test the trigger

Authentication Expired

Zapier connections may need re-authentication after 30 days:

  1. Go to Apps in Zapier
  2. Find Leezy and click Reconnect
  3. Sign in again with your Leezy credentials

Data Privacy

  • Zapier receives only the data needed for your Zaps
  • You control which chatbots share data via filters
  • Disconnect the integration anytime from your Leezy settings
